Description

Unglued™ is a safe, non-flammable, water-based glue and mastic remover that effectively softens and removes most types of carpet adhesives and similar glue deposits. Unglued™ contains no chlorinated solvents, butyl solvents, or phosphates and contains only biodegradable surfactants. Low V.O.C.'s .

Unglued™ can be used on all types of floor substrates that have glue deposits, and where water can be used as a final rinse. It will not interfere with the adhesion of new glue or mastics, or the use of coatings or stains.

Application

Apply Unglued™ full strength by spray, mop or brush, or pour on and spread with a broom to thoroughly cover and pentrate the mastic layer. For interior areas, use good ventilation.

Let Unglued™ penetrate for 20-45 minutes depending on the thickness and type of mastic. When the layer is softened, just scrape it off and flush any remaining residue with water. Repeat treatment if necessary.

Where the floor is to be stained, it is recommended that it be treated with Concrete Deck Profiler™ to remove any embedded material in the pores of the concrete.
